The Asian Mind cocktail is based on one my mother loves from the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong. Its zingy and fresh so perfect for the summer months.
- 3 knobs of Ginger
- 60ml Grapefruit
- 30ml Lemon
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- 235ml Gin
- Grate the Ginger into a puree and then mix with the Sugar Syrup.
- Juice the Lemons and Grapefruits and combine.
- Finally add the Gin and mix well.
- To Sugar rim the glasses, simply run the Lemon across the rim and then press into sugar. I have used pink cake decoration crystals here, its a great way to add some creativity to the presentation.
