During the summer is spent sometime over my birthday in Italy a the most beautiful and charismatic villa.  Palazzo Parisi sits a top a hill with a tiny village around it.  It’s not a place for those addicted to technology (barely cell signal in sight, dial up internet and one tv) which meant it was very detoxifying for me. I loved the lack of communication, the amazing views across the olive yards and wonderful Italian home cooking provided by the fabulous Rita (in-house cook). For me it was one of my happiest holidays. I wanted to share some of the details of the wonderful house (decorated by the hugely talented Arabella Lennox-Boyd).
